Become a Certified Kids & Teen Yoga Teacher!
This is the only program you need to kickstart your journey as a Kids Yoga Teacher.
Create more peace and kindness in the world by teaching children using a proven curriculum. The certification training is guaranteed to leave you smiling, inspired, and supported to share the ancient practice of yoga, meditation, and mindfulness with children.
What Is Kids Yoga?
Kids Yoga is a specialized form of yoga practice that is designed to meet the unique needs and interests of children. Unlike traditional yoga classes that are designed for adults, Kids Yoga classes use creative and interactive methods to make the practice fun and engaging for children. The classes are typically themed around animals, nature, or stories, and incorporate yoga postures, breathing techniques, mindfulness exercises, and relaxation techniques.
Kids Yoga is an excellent way to help children develop strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination, as well as improve their concentration and focus. It can also help children to manage stress and anxiety, promote relaxation and better sleep, and boost their overall sense of well-being.
Through the practice of Kids Yoga, children learn important life skills such as mindfulness, self-awareness, and self-regulation. They learn how to be more present at the moment, how to manage their emotions, and how to cultivate positive relationships with others. Kids Yoga also provides a safe and supportive space for children to express themselves, build confidence, and explore their creativity.
Overall, Kids Yoga is an excellent way to promote physical health, mental wellness, and emotional resilience in children. It is a fun and engaging way to introduce children to the many benefits of yoga practice and help them develop important life skills that will serve them well into adulthood.
