100 Hrs – Meditation Teacher Training Certificate Course, Bangalore, India

Meditation Certificate Course

Yoga has become synonymous with the term Asana; however, the entire practice of Yoga is based on practices of consciousness. Asana, Pranayama, Mudra and Bandhas are the three most important techniques that lead to the state of a higher level of meditation. When these four techniques are done with awareness, knowledge, and preparation, Yoga becomes possible. In this journey to self-discovery, pranayama leads to the purification of senses, prana and mind. With a consolidated state of mind, one attains Mudra and maintains bandhas in order to maintain one-pointed awareness. Learn these four important practices in Yoga and let your practice be to attain the state of Yoga itself.

Dhyana (Meditation)

Meditation follows concentration. Concentration merges into meditation. Concentration is holding the mind on to some particular object. An unbroken flow of knowledge in that subject is meditation. Meditation is a regular flow of thought with regard to the object of concentration. Meditation opens the door of the mind to intuitive knowledge and many powers. You can get whatever you want through meditation. During meditation, all worldly thoughts are shut out from the mind. Meditation is called Dhyana in Sanskrit and is the seventh step in the Yogic ladder.
