Eligibility Criteria

Any yoga seeker who meets the following criteria is welcome to apply:

1.  Students’ age should be minimum of 18 years, for students below 18, written permission of the parents is required. If applicable, we will send a form which has to be filled out by the parents and returned to us.
2. Student should be  physically and mentally fit to follow the rigorous course schedule.
3. Pregnant women are not accepted due to physical intensity of the course.
4. There is no minimum experience requirement.
5. The applicant must be ready to adapt to the ashram and yogic lifestyle.

Please note that the course is very intensive and needs hard work and sincere desire to learn and practice the yogic principles and practices. For those who are looking for relaxing and rejuvenating program we recommend our Yoga Vacations and Yoga Retreat programs.
