Yoga Nidra Certificate Course

This Certificate course is good for any individual or corporate who want to promote deep relaxation, harmony, work efficiency, and quality of life at their workplace. In yoga nidra the practitioner remains in a state of withdrawal of the senses from outward to inward (Pratyahara). It is among the deepest states of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness. Yoga nidra results in conscious awareness of the deep sleep state, which is called Prajna in the Mandukya Upanishad.

Assessment and Certification

The students are continuously assessed throughout the short term course at all levels. There will be a written and practical demonstration exam at the end of the course to evaluate the understanding of the Yoga Nidra and skills of the students. Trainees should pass all different aspects of the course to be eligible for the course Certification.
