Our 500-hour yoga teacher training course is a comprehensive, integrated course for becoming an advanced and versatile yoga teacher. The 500-hour teacher training is divided in 2 levels: the 200-hour training and the 300-hour training. During the first level (200- hour training), you will learn 150 Hatha Yoga asanas with great details. During the second level (300-hour advanced training), you will be trained in multi-style yoga teaching: Advanced Hatha Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Yin Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga. The entire curriculum is designed to help you develop into a well-rounded and skilled yoga teacher. The two courses complement each other as the 300-hour course builds up on the knowledge and skills gained during the foundational 200 hour course.

A high degree of self-motivation is required for all aspects of the course. The practice and especially the teaching of yoga demand a high degree of self-discipline and purity. To ensure the success of the program, participants are required to attend all spiritual activities, meditation sessions, lectures and asana classes.

Meat, fish, eggs, black tea, coffee, alcohol, tobacco, drugs and nudity are prohibited during the course as they are counterproductive to the yoga practice. Participants who do not comply with the school rules may be dismissed from the course. 

Rules for Students

Smoking and alcohol are strictly prohibited in the school. If you are having a fast any day, you have to inform the kitchen manager for avoiding food waste. Always make discipline, respect teachers and follow all rules. Always be on the time, you are late means will not be permitted to join the class.

Clear your books of account before departure. Before departure return your books, maps or any goods which you borrowed.

RYT stands for Registered Yoga Teacher. This is a certification from Yoga Alliance which is an international group recognizing Yoga teachers worldwide. Once you are certified as RYT 300, you can register yourself on the yoga alliance website to allow your name to be listed as a Registered Yoga teacher with them. This will help you to globally validate your certification and thereby help in your Yogic career.

The syllabus covers all the main subjects like multi-style asana that include Ashtanga yoga asana: Primary and Intermediate series, Vinyasa yoga asana derived from Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Yin Yoga, theory sessions explored into next level like understanding the strengthening, and stretching techniques in Anatomy and Alignment, detailed information of Yoga sutras in philosophy, learning the art to teach in teaching method and advanced meditation and pranayama lessons. The syllabus is as per the Yoga Alliance standards.

200- Hour Yoga TTC is designed for beginner to intermediate level students who wish to start their Yogic journey by getting the holistic knowledge of Yoga. 300 hour Yoga TTC is for advanced level practitioners who have gained the basic foundational knowledge and would like to go deeper into the ocean of Yogic wisdom to explore

This course is very intense and will not be suitable for a pregnant woman. However, pregnant women can attend the pre and post natal Yoga TTC course to help them in the journey of pre and post pregnancy.

Comfortable loose clothes are preferred while performing asana. .

To prepare yourself you need to know these things:

  • Check the weather of India on that month you join.
  • Prepare yourself with some home studies of yoga, you can take the basic foundation course that we provide online.
  • Prepare your health and mind.
  • Come with an open mind to receive the wisdom of yoga 

Before teaching yoga you need to have a profound self-practice and training from the authentic yoga school. It is not the matter how long you should practice but it matters how much and how sincerely you practice and how much experience you have. At least 2 or 3 years of regular practice give you a good amount of experience to teach yoga. Yoga alliance also recommend 2 years of time. 

If you have done the 300 Hours basic yoga course, you will not be a registered yoga teacher in yoga alliance but you will be eligible to attend our 300 Yoga ttc in any month for 300 hour more and you will complete 300 hours. Yes you can teach the simple practices like joint movements, simple asana, pranayama and meditation practices.

A 300-hour yoga teacher training offers a more in-depth study of all yoga, from asanas to meditation, philosophy, alignment, anatomy, and everything in between. And that’s precisely why this course is sometimes referred to as Advanced Yoga Teacher Training.

Yes, Yoga Alliance permits yoga participants who are already familiar with yoga to enroll in the 300-hour yoga teacher training course without first completing the 200-hour yoga teacher training certification. However, 200-hour yoga for beginners is recommended to become a certified yoga teacher.

An RYS 300-hour advanced course trains its trainees to teach more advanced, thorough yoga principles and practices. You will be a qualified yoga instructor after completing this yoga course.

You will earn your teaching credential after completing one of our 200 or 300-hour training. This qualifies you as a Certified Yoga Instructor (CYT). After that, you may submit your certificate to the Yoga Alliance to become a Registered Yoga Teacher at your level (RYT 200 or RYT 500).

Before you can finish your 300 hours, you must first complete a 200-hour teacher training course. A 300-hour yoga teacher training is more intensive and is stretched out.

You can learn any form of yoga. However, you can select between Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Hatha, and other forms of yoga to be a yoga teacher.
