RYT stands for Registered Yoga Teacher. This is a certification from Yoga Alliance which is an international group recognizing Yoga teachers worldwide. Once you are certified as RYT 300, you can register yourself on the yoga alliance website to allow your name to be listed as a Registered Yoga teacher with them. This will help you to globally validate your certification and thereby help in your Yogic career.

This course is very intense and will not be suitable for a pregnant woman. However, pregnant women can attend the pre and post natal Yoga TTC course to help them in the journey of pre and post pregnancy.

It is not the matter how long you should practice but it matters how much and how sincerely you practice and how much experience you have. At least 2 or 3 years of regular practice give you a good amount of experience to teach yoga. Yoga alliance also recommend 2 years of time.
If you have done the 300 Hours basic yoga course, you will not be a registered yoga teacher in yoga alliance but you will be eligible to attend our 300 Yoga ttc in any month for 300 hour more and you will complete 300 hours. Yes you can teach the simple practices like joint movements, simple asana, pranayama and meditation practices.
A 300-hour yoga teacher training offers a more in-depth study of all yoga, from asanas to meditation, philosophy, alignment, anatomy, and everything in between. And that’s precisely why this course is sometimes referred to as Advanced Yoga Teacher Training.
Yes, Yoga Alliance permits yoga participants who are already familiar with yoga to enroll in the 300-hour yoga teacher training course without first completing the 200-hour yoga teacher training certification. However, 200-hour yoga for beginners is recommended to become a certified yoga teacher.
An RYS 300-hour advanced course trains its trainees to teach more advanced, thorough yoga principles and practices. You will be a qualified yoga instructor after completing this yoga course.
