6. Netra-Shakti-Vikasaka (Improving the Eye-sight)

Posture: Stand with your feet close together, keeping your back straight and your head tilted back as far as possible.

Exercise: Focus intently on the spot between your brows, keeping your gaze fixed without blinking. This will require squinting. If your eyes begin to feel strained or start watering, pause the exercise and resume after a short break. Begin with five minutes initially. 

This practice stimulates the nasociliary plexus of the autonomic nervous system and engages the nerve fibers responsible for moving the eyeball and its internal structures.
