Posture: Stand with your feet together, body upright, and arms resting naturally by your sides. 

Exercise A: Start with your right arm. Allow it to hang loosely, then raise it outward to the side until it extends above your head, keeping the palm facing outward. Lower it back down in the same controlled manner. Ensure your arm does not touch your head on the way up or your thigh on the way down. Keep your palm open with fingers held together throughout. 

Exercise B: Perform the same movement using your left arm.

Exercise C: Engage both arms simultaneously. Raise them sideways and upward together, then lower them back down in unison. Make sure neither arm touches your head nor do your hands come into contact with each other during the movement.
