Posture: Stand with your feet close together, keeping your back straight. Clench your fingers into fists, ensuring the thumbs are tucked inside.

Exercise: Form your mouth into a pout resembling a crow’s beak and inhale deeply, allowing your cheeks to puff out as you hold your breath. Rest your chin on your sternal notch while keeping your back straight. Move your shoulders vigorously in a stiff, pumping up-and-down motion, ensuring your arms remain rigidly straight at your sides. After completing the movement, return to the starting posture, straighten your neck, open your eyes, and slowly exhale through your nose. Repeat this sequence five times initially. This exercise helps tone the bones, blood vessels, muscles, and nerves in your shoulders.
