What is Kinesiology?
The field of Kinesiology, which involves the study of human movement, exercise, and physical activity, has gained substantial recognition in recent years due to the growing emphasis on health and fitness. As individuals and societies priorities wellness, the demand for experts in Kinesiology has surged, leading to the establishment of quality educational programs.
Kinesiology is the scientific study of human movement, function, and performance. It encompasses various aspects of human movement, such as the anatomy and physiology of muscles and joints, the physics of movement, and the neural control of movement. Kinesiologists use this knowledge to help individuals improve their physical abilities, prevent injuries, and recover from injuries. They work in a variety of settings, including rehabilitation clinics, sports teams, and fitness centers. Kinesiology is an important field in sports and exercise science, as well as in physical therapy and rehabilitation.
Kinesiology is the study of body movement. Kinesiology addresses the principles and mechanisms of dynamic physiological, biomechanical and psychological movement.

Assessment and Certification
The students are continuously assessed throughout the course at all levels.
