Posture A: Stand with your feet together and keep your back straight. Form a fist with your right hand, ensuring the thumb is tucked inside. Place your right hand behind your back, and rest your left hand over your right wrist, making sure both hands are in contact with your back.

Exercise A: Inhale deeply through your nose and bend backward as far as you comfortably can. Hold this position briefly, and then exhale as you bend forward, attempting to touch your knees with your head. Repeat this sequence several times, starting with five repetitions.

Posture B: Similar to Posture A, but this time form a fist with your left hand, placing your right hand on your left wrist.

Exercise B: Perform the same movements described in Exercise A.
