Posture: Udara Shakti Vikasaka – 7 

Exercise: Similar to the technique in Udara Shakti Vikasaka – 8, this exercise involves the rapid expansion and contraction of the abdomen while holding the breath. Each complete cycle of this abdominal movement with suspended breathing is considered one repetition. Thus, performing the exercise five times means repeating the entire process five full cycles.
