Our 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training is an immersive hands-on 30 days or self-paced course focused on helping you create a strong foundation for a deeper Vinyasa practice.
Vinyasa Yoga has its roots in the ancient Indian practice of yoga, which originated thousands of years ago. The term “vinyasa” comes from Sanskrit words “vi” meaning “in a special way” and “nyasa” meaning “to place”. It refers to the conscious and intentional linking of movement with breath.
