Mention top three major Nadis

The three main nadis in the human body are:

  1. Sushumna Nadi: This is the central nadi that runs through the center of the spinal column and is said to be the most important. It is associated with the Kundalini energy and the awakening of higher consciousness.
  • Ida Nadi: This nadi is located on the left side of the spine and is associated with the moon and the feminine energy (Shakti). It is said to be calming and cooling in nature.
  • Pingala Nadi: This nadi is located on the right side of the spine and is associated with the sun and the masculine energy (Shiva). It is said to be energizing and heating in nature.
