Complete Eye Yoga Course
In our Eye Yoga course you will learn some very simple, easy to do exercises which can be done at home, in the office or whenever you have a spare moment. This course provides an overview of the role of yoga in improving eyesight. It aims to prevent the eye problems, by promoting and maintaining healthy visual hygiene, through specific practices of yoga-based lifestyle. This course includes both theory and practical components, which includes both eastern and western prospectives on the concept of eyes. It deals with the Importance of Eye & Impact of Modern Life Style, Anatomy and Physiology of Eye, Various eye problems and yogic solutions for the same, Yogic approach to understand the Eye and Vision, Yogic Approach to understand Human body and Eye problems, and Integrated Approach of Yoga Therapy for Eye Sight Improvement. The practical modules include both description and demonstration of Asanas, Pranayama, relaxation techniques and meditation. In order to have a better eyesight, this course provides a standard-routine, that helps to relax the eyes by using techniques at all 5 levels of our existence (Annamaya Kosha, Pranamaya Kosha, Manomaya Kosha, Vijnanamaya Kosha and Anandamaya Kosha) in a holistic way.
