How to Do Bhramara Mudra (Step-by-Step Guide)
✅ Step 1: Sit comfortably in Padmasana (Lotus Pose), Sukhasana (Easy Pose), or Vajrasana with a straight spine.
✅ Step 2: Rest both hands on your knees with palms facing upward.
✅ Step 3:
Place the index finger at the base of the thumb.
Touch the tip of the thumb to the side of the middle finger.
Keep the ring and little fingers extended outward.
✅ Step 4:Close your eyes, take slow, deep breaths, and focus on your breath.
✅ Step 5: Hold the mudra for 5–15 minutes, preferably while meditating or practicing pranayama.
