Introduction

The Breathwork & Yoga Nidra Teacher Training Course is designed for yoga teachers, wellness professionals, meditation practitioners, therapists, and serious students who want to develop a deeper understanding of breath regulation, nervous-system awareness, relaxation, meditation, and Yoga Nidra.

The course combines the traditional foundations of yoga with practical, contemporary approaches to breathwork and deep relaxation. Students learn not only how to practice different breathing techniques and Yoga Nidra but also how to teach them safely, progressively, and effectively to different groups of students.

This training is designed to provide a systematic understanding of breath, pranayama, relaxation, meditation, nervous-system regulation, and Yoga Nidra.

Students learn both the theory and practical application of breathwork and Yoga Nidra, including how to design sessions, guide students through practices, create Yoga Nidra scripts, use appropriate verbal cues, modify practices, and conduct safe group or individual sessions.
