Teaching Practice and Feedback
We have a proper teaching practice class in Yoga Therapy Teacher Training program. You will get opportunities to teach the Yogic Techniques for yoga therapy. Initially, you will start teaching one-on-one and then teaching in small groups. Finally, you will lead and teach a larger group at the end of the course. You will practice pranayama, mudras, and meditation teaching in their respective classes.

Practicum & Final assessment
Students will go through three types of assessments: first is a written exam, then they have to demonstrate the technique (Asana, Pranayama, or meditation) and finally, they will go through the teaching practicum where they have to teach the complete asana class. During the final stage of the Practicum of Yoga Therapy Teacher Training program, you have to lead and teach a 60-minute self-designed yoga therapy class.
