Breathwork & Pranayama
Pranayama is the most important physical practice of Yoga and also the most overlooked. Pranayama means to extend or lengthen the life force known as Prana, and this can be done by regulating the breath. Breath is closely related to both bodily and mental functions. By correcting and controlling the breath, improvements in overall health will be automatically experienced.
It is said that each individual has a set number of breaths for his lifetime. We come to this world with an inhalation and we will leave it with an exhalation. It is up to you what to do in between with your limited number of breaths. Are you going to waste it or are you going to manage it mindfully? If you learn how to lengthen your breath you will learn how to lengthen your lifespan in a healthy a graceful way.
This course will give you all of the skills, knowledge, resources and confidence you will need to start guiding people through the healing, ancient art of breathwork. This course delivers all of the need-to-know information about guiding groups and individuals through breathwork practices. This course is suitable for anybody who would like learn how to teach breathwork to others, you don’t need any previous experience.
