  • Nadabrahma meditation is a type of meditation that focuses on sound and movement. It is based on the principles of Nada Yoga, which is the yoga of sound. This meditation technique was developed by the spiritual teacher Osho, who believed that sound can be used as a tool to bring the mind and body into a state of relaxation and harmony.
  • To practice Nadabrahma meditation, follow these steps:
  • Sit in a comfortable cross-legged position with your eyes closed. You can also sit on a chair if you prefer.
  • Begin to hum a sound, such as “OM” or “AUM,” at a comfortable pitch. The sound should be continuous and gentle.
  • As you hum, move your hands slowly in a circular motion in front of your body, palms facing upwards. The hands should move in opposite directions – when the right hand moves clockwise, the left hand moves counterclockwise.
  • Keep your attention focused on the sound and the movement of your hands. If your mind wanders, gently bring it back to the sound and movement.
  • Continue for 30-45 minutes, or as long as you feel comfortable.
  • Nadabrahma meditation is believed to be beneficial for reducing stress, calming the mind, and promoting relaxation. It is also said to help improve concentration and focus. However, like all meditation techniques, it is important to approach Nadabrahma meditation with an open mind and without expectations.
