Karuna Yoga

Feet together, heels and toes touching, tighten the knees and knee caps pulled up, contract the hips, pull up the muscles of the backs of the thighs, stomach pulled in, chest forward, and spine and neck straight, distribute weight across heels and soles of foot. Arms by thighs, elbows locked and fingers reaching straight out.
