  • Savasana (Corpse Pose) – relaxes the entire body and mind, reduces stress and anxiety.
  • Regular practice of Hatha Yoga asanas can improve physical health, flexibility, and balance, as well as mental well-being and emotional stability. It is a holistic approach to health and wellness that promotes overall mind-body-spirit integration.
